On behalf of all the children, staff, governors and the trust, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our school. Noor ul Islam Primary School is a vibrant, single-form entry Muslim faith school in the heart of Waltham Forest.
- We inspire our pupils to develop Islamic character, achieve excellence in all areas of learning and contribute with our faith and values. We do this by providing a broad curriculum, opportunities for wide-ranging extracurricular provision and ensuring learner-centred lessons.
- We see our school community as a 'family', where pupils are cared for, nurtured and supported and where they make progress in all areas of the curriculum.
- We take a holistic approach to the education of our children: coupled with academic progress, we place great emphasis on developing the whole child through focusing on good manners, spiritual and self-development, social skills, mental health and wellbeing.
- We have a highly skilled and cohesive staff team who always put our children first and strive for excellence in everything they do. We are forward thinking and always looking for ways to improve through training, learning from best practice, partnership working and constantly reflecting on what we do as we improve children’s outcomes.
